The third AGM of Citizens' Bank International on Tuesday decided to distribute 10 per cent cash dividend and 1:1 rights share to its shareholders within this fiscal year. The bank during the fiscal year 200809 collected a total of Rs 11.52 billion deposit and made a total credit flow of Rs 8.21 billion. It also registered Rs 95.8 million net profit and Rs 184.5 million operating profit.
