First AGM of Hathaway Investment Nepal has decided to give five per cent cash dividend to its shareholders. The AGM also elected Hem Raj Dhakal, Gyan Bahadur GC, Ambika Prasad Poudel, Madhusudan Silwal and Binod Sherchan to its board as directors for a fouryear term. The company plans to diversify investment sectors in the coming days, chairman Hem Raj Dhakal said.
