Banks in Lamjung have run out of cash ahead of Dashain. Customers have to turn back disappointed. Nepal Bank Ltd, Rastriya Banijya Bank, Pacific Development Bank, Gandaki Development Bank, Everest Bank and Sunrise Bank have run dry.
They have also not been able to pay offi cial account holders like government of fices and schools as well. Even coopera tives and finance companies in the district have run out of cash.
