Gulmi Development Bank Ltd (GDBL) started its operations from Thursday. The bank is promoted by remittance companies, local businessmen, bankers and chartered accountants. It is the 70th development bank in Nepal. It plans to mobilise local resources in productive sectors and issue IPO within this December.
