Everest Bank Ltd (EBL) installed its 32nd ATM in Bhaktapur. EBL debit cards can be used at more than 2,000 ATMs of Punjab National Bank spread across India. Debit card holders of PNB can withdraw money from any ATM of EBL, said the bank. This sharing arrangement has benefited the huge Nepali population residing in India which includes students, businessmen, workers and tourists to India, who want reliable ATM facility for taking money from their accounts in Nepal. EBL debit card is accepted in more than 350 ATMs of SCT network and more than 1200 merchant outlets in Nepal. At present, more than 95000 EBL customers have EBL debit cards.
