Dr Shoorbir Poudyal, chairman of Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) inaugurated the CCML office. CCML said it will work in merchant banking to facilitate the capital market. The company has authorized capital Rs 100 million and paid up capital Rs 70 million with Rs 49 million from promoters.
It will call initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 21 million soon.
