Royal Merchant Bank Post Profit
Royal Merchant Banking and Finance has posted Rs 23.4 million profit in the fiscal year 2008-09. According to a press release, the finance company has collected Rs 1.13 billion in deposits and floated Rs 1.1 billion loan. The finance company is planning to issue 1:1 right shares to increase its capital.
