Himalayan Bank Ltd inaugurated its 24th branch at new Baneshwor on Friday August 21, 2009. The bank as of the end of first month of the current fiscal year has registered a deposit of Rs 37,976.70 million and loan portfolio is over Rs 25,904.45 million. Last fiscal year, HBL registered operating profit of Rs 1.16 billion, states the press statement issued.
