City Development Bank Ltd (CDBL), Pokhara, will issue its ordinary shares. According to a statement, Bishwo Mohan Adhikari, CEO of City Development Bank Ltd, and Siddhant Raj Pandey, CEO of Ace Development Bank Ltd, signed an agreement on Thursday on behalf of their respective organisations.
Ace Development Bank is issue manager for the IPO of 6,00,000-unit of primary shares at Rs 100 face value per unit.
