Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has permitted Reliance Finance Ltd (RFL) to operate in Kathmandu district. The finance company promoted by industrialists and other professionals has Rs 250 million authorised capital, Rs 200 million issued capital and Rs 140 million paid up capital. It will issue 30 per cent shares of issue capital to the people. The promoters are Kush Prasad Malli, Anil Shrestha, Chinkaji Shrestha, Sur Krishna Baidhya, Tilak Bahadur Chand and Mukunda Raj Pandey.
