Ncell revises bonus rates

Ncell, one of the leading mobile service providers in the country, has simplified and adjusted bonuses being extended to customers. The new bonus structure that comes into effect from Wednesday categorizes customers into two groups--customers who have subscribed to Ncell service for more than a year and those who have subscribed to Ncell service for less than a year, says an Ncell statement issued on Tuesday. “The adjustment ensures customers get bonus every time they top up their accounts with Rs 100 or more.” Under the new structure, customers who are using Ncell service for more than a year will get a bonus of Rs 10 every time they top up their accounts by Rs 100 to Rs 199, Rs 20 when they top up their accounts by Rs 200 to Rs 299, and Rs 35 when they top up their accounts by Rs 300 to Rs 499. Likewise, customers will be entitled to bonus of Rs 60 when they top up their accounts by Rs 500 to Rs 999 and Rs 125 when they top up their accounts by Rs 1,000 or more. “Similarly, customers who have subscribed to Ncell service for less than a year will get a bonus of Rs 5 on every recharge of Rs 100 to Rs 199, Rs 15 on every recharge of Rs 200 to Rs 299, and Rs 25 on every recharge of Rs 300 to Rs 499,” the statement says. “Similarly, bonus rewards of Rs 45 will be extended on every recharge of Rs 500 to Rs 999, and Rs 95 on recharge of Rs 1,000 or more.” Bonus balance thus received should be used within 30 days, the statement further says, adding, new bonus structure will apply on all pre-paid and post-paid services.
