Siddhartha Bank gifts Rs 50k


KATHMANDU: As part of its CSR (corporate social responsibility), Siddhartha Bank Limited contributed Rs 50,000 towards higher education and accommodation of underprivileged girls of Kalikot and Sindhupalchok under the RHEST (Rural Health and Education Service Trust). Shailaja Gyawali, head - Valley Resources of Siddhartha Bank, handed over the sum to the RHEST. The INGO has been working for the prevention of girls trafficking and violence against women, education of girls and improvement of woman’s reproductive health in Nepal for the last 21 years.
