Kriti Capital & Investments Ltd. gets PMS license

The Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) – the capital market regulator -- has issued a Portfolio Management Service (PMS) license to Kriti Capital & Investments Ltd. Kriti Capital is the 12th Merchant banker to obtain a Portfolio Management Service License under Merchant Banking Regulations, 2008. A statement issued on Thursday says Kriti Capital will introduce its Portfolio Management Services to the market soon. Portfolio Management Service is an active fund management service offered to individual or institutional investors to assist them in investing their savings or surplus funds in portfolios of shares, bonds, deposits and other securities for better returns by spreading and reducing the risk.
