According to the organisers, the event will prove to be a remarkable platform for branding the goods and services of exhibitors participating in the event. Dr Rup Jyoti, vice-chairman of Jyoti group said, "The expo is the first of its kind real state trade expo which provide an exciting platform for interested Nepalese enterpreneurs, both from Nepal and abroad, to expand the boundaries of their investment portfolio".
"This expo also gives an opportunity for unique meeting points for policy makers, industrialists, manufacturers, suppliers, buyers and users of wide range of goods and services," said senior consultant of FNCCI Govinda Pandey adding that it will also garner opportunities for investment and promotion of goods and services provided by the real state sector. According to Pandey, with the main stakeholders of investment and property sectors in Nepal under one roof, the primary target of this expo is to create a one-window guide to investing in Nepal where an investor not only finds the best investment opportunity but also the best financial supporters for the investment.
The expo will act as a place to hold market surveys, assess price points and learn from end-users how to improve products and increase sales. According to Karmacharya, the targeted visitors at Nepal Property Expo include, NRNs from Australia, invitees, investors, buyers, hotel-resort owners, prospective customers, guests, dignitaries and the media.
