Etihad Airways -- the national airline of the United Arab Emirates -- is planning to increase its flight frequency from four flights weekly to seven from January.
Speaking on the occasion of the opening of its new offices at the Yak and Yeti Hotel in Kathmandu today, Joost Den Hartog, regional manager Asia Pacific North, Indian Sub Continent said that the world-class facility of its office in Kathmandu signifies the airlines commitment to the Nepalis and economy.
"We will continue and strengthen our service and product range to all our valued guests," he added.
"The opening of the new office will enable the airlines to support its rapidly growing customer base," said Kumar De Silva, Etihad's Nepal's country manager.
The elegant and spacious facility provides the customers with everything to help them book flights and find out more services around the world," he said.
There is growing demand for Etihad flights in Kathmandu from both Nepali nationals and the expatriate community.
