Sagarmatha Merchant Banking's new branch

The fourth annual general meeting of Sagarmatha Merchant Banking and Finance Limited concluded on Wednesday. Officials of the company announced that they would open new branches at Birtamod, Dharan, Itahari, Sunsari, Biratnagar, Solokhumbu and Salleri. The bank has been providing ATM services and SMS banking facilities to its customers. It provided 10 per cent cash dividend to its customers this fiscal year.
