A cordial mutual relationship between the workers' union and the bank can help allow the bank to grow into a profitable venture, he said adding that RBB will launch mobile banking service in the market within this week.
"The bank management is in the process of running the bank at a minimal cost by utilizing modern technology," Acharya said.
Speaking on the occasion, Nepal Rastra Bank governor Dipendra Bahadur Chhetry said, "Bank employees play a vital role in the development of the bank." Minister for General Administration Pampha Bhusal said, "RBB can play a vital role in peaceful socioeconomic transition."
