International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group, and Smart Choice Technologies (SCT) entered into an agreement on June 9. IFC has now become one of the equity holders of SCT with 19 per cent investment. IFC regional manager Per Kjellerhaug, and SCT chairman Rabindra B Malla signed the agreement documents.
