Fishtail Air has added AS350 B3 helicopter in its fleet. "After acquisition of AS350 B3 helicopter from Eurocopter, France, Fishtail Air has become a biggest light helicopter operator in Nepal," claimed the airlines that has four helicopters -- one Bell 206B, one AS350 B, one AS350 B3 and one AS350 B2 -- in its service at present.
Fishtail Air's new helicopter AS350 B3 has arrived in Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) from Singapore on October 18. The new AS350 B3 helicopter has a capacity to land at an altitude of 23,000 feet. It has made Fishtail Air to operate in all the base camps in Nepal.
The AS350 B3 helicopter can fly in difficult landscape and terrain with safety, it said.
